- Road test vehicle to verify customers complaint. Determine cause of vibration. Advised customer front brake rotors are warped causing vibration during braking. Front universal joint on driveshaft is loose / binding up causing vibration of customers complaint. Advised customer that u joints are Not serviceable & complete driveshaft requires replacement. Customer declined replacing front brake rotors at this time.
