- Road tested vehicle to duplicate customers complaint. Heard a thumping noise coming from LF wheel area. During inspection of front end suspension found a bolt sticking out of LF tire close to inner sidewall not repairable. Advised customer that all tires require replacement at same time being vehicle is AWD. Customer declined tires to be replaced at this time.
