Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (20%) Rear ( 35 %) Torque wheels to factory specs. Found outer boot on RF axle shaft leaking grease, axle requires replacement.
Run Motorvac Machine Fuel system cleaner through fuel rails and injectors. De carbon valves + combustion chamber.
Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.
Clean & Decarbon Throttle Body Assembly

During inspection for fluid leaking found transmission oil cooler lines rusted out leaking transmission fluid & transmission oil dipstick rusted in half with indicator broken off.

Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front ( 85%) Rear ( 75%) Torque wheels to factory specs. Found RR brake caliper frozen causing brakes to drag, and E brake hardware & backing plates rusted out requiring replacement.
Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
Remove & Replace both rear axle bearings, seals, brake rotors, pads, backing plates, parking brake shoes, hardware & calipers.
Drill out broken differential shaft lock bolt.

Replace front brake pad linings and replace front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Install front wheels & torque to factory specs. Road test vehicle.
Replace Rear Brake Pads with Bosch Perfect Stop Brake Pads. Replace rear brake rotors. Clean and Lubricate calipers and slides. Install rear wheels & torque to factory specs. Road test vehicle after.
